The breakfast was fresh and I loved the variety. the rooms were good-sized and nicely priced, with hot chocolate, free WiFi, and modern design. - the location in Seascale was particularly great, being close to the central Lake District and a lovely pub.

It was clean, the staff was dog friendly, plus the service was terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selections, it was freshly cooked. The double room was new-fashioned and had an electric kettle, central heating and a work desk. The location was good, enough to Lake district, the garden was lovely.
